The brief: I was tasked to create an experience that supported Experience Columbus Campaign idea " KNOW US LOVE US". We created an app that shines light on bringing the Campaign story to life. I designed and built a progressive web app to create an experience that would tell the story of the Columbus. During the research I learned that the city was an eclectic mix of unique experiences such as the Short North and downtown bustling with young professionals. As one local mentioned, "Our city is the exact opposite of what everyone expects". My role was to to shine light on the passion and soul of the people of Columbus and everything it had to offer. Locals would make a fantastic recommendation engine, a people and passion powered destination app.
